After the party I gave Brad my number and ever since we’ve been talking to each other every day. Tonight we are going to go to the movies. He told me a few minutes ago that he has a surprise for me. I can’t wait. I feel bad though because Lydia has to work tonight until closing so she and Chris can’t come with us. I don’t think they get along as well as Brad and I do, and Lydia is getting jealous. I wish she would grow up sometimes. I can’t help what is going on! It’s frustrating because the last thing I want is a stupid boy to get between us. I don’t think that’s right, we have been friends for too long. I’m sure it will just blow over. It’s just something little that she’s going through right now. She’s hot, I’m sure she’ll find someone. I would just hate to be dating someone while she’s single, it would be so awkward. I think what I’ll do is buy her a card to let her know what’s going on and that I’m sorry. Then we’ll make plans with eachother like we usually do. I’m sure she’ll understand, she’s really laid-back like that.
